Draner (real name Jules Joseph Georges Renard), born in Liège (1833) and died in Paris (1926), was a Belgian cartoonist and caricaturist.
In 1861, he was transferred to Paris, where he worked with a number of Parisian illustrated newspapers: Le Charivari, L'Éclipse, Paris-Comique, L'Illustration, Le Monde Illustré and Le Journal pour rire.
